What will you do as a Wholesale Operations Executive:

  • Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners
  • Process D2C and wholesale orders
  • Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support sales team with customer reporting
  • Monitor fulfilment SLAs, and maintain in-house system

What will you need to be a Wholesale Operations Executive:

  • Have experience in Home, Gifts or Clothing
  • Confident to work at home and self-motivated
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Proactive communicator who can translate complex operational data into clear, actionable updates
  • Flexibility to travel to the London or Surrey office when required
  • Minimum of 2 years working within a wholesale environment
