What will you do as a Wholesale Operations Executive:
- Build and maintain accurate weekly intake planners
- Process D2C and wholesale orders
- Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking
- Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support sales team with customer reporting
- Monitor fulfilment SLAs, and maintain in-house system
What will you need to be a Wholesale Operations Executive:
- Have experience in Home, Gifts or Clothing
- Confident to work at home and self-motivated
- Intermediate Excel
- Proactive communicator who can translate complex operational data into clear, actionable updates
- Flexibility to travel to the London or Surrey office when required
- Minimum of 2 years working within a wholesale environment
