A leading hair care brand is with a strong reputation for innovative colour products and education. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-moving business with a strong presence in the beauty industry. This is a new role supporting the head of operations and offers a broad role and range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do as a Supply Chain & Operations Executive:

  • Processing D2C, Amazon and retailer orders from clients such as Boots & Ocado
  • Raising POs and arranging stock movement to the UK Warehouse
  • Working closely with the 3PL, sending stock out to the UK, Ireland and Australia
  • Organising launch days, ordering samples, staff and products
  • Checking packaging regulations, liaising with an external agency for the technical side
  • Liaising with Manufacturers in Italy, raising POs, and finalising orders

What will you need to be a Supply Chain & Operations Executive:

  • Must have experience working in Health and Beauty or Wellness (within industry head office)
  • Advanced on Excel
  • Amazon account manager would be an advantage
  • Processed retailer orders
  • Knowledge of customs and 3PL logistics
  • Happy to travel into London when required with flexibility
