A founder led, SME business, storming ahead in the premium wellness category. Working within a team of 20, your role will be a key position within the operations team. This is a growing and ambitious business, offering strong exposure within multiple channels including retail and D2C.

What will you do as a Supply Chain and Production manager:
- Translate demand forecasts into production plans
- Optimise stock levels and product availability across 20 SKUs
- Source ingredients nationally and internationally, negotiating pricing
- Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners
- Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
- Quality and compliance managing 3rd party testing
What will you need to be a Supply Chain and Production manager:
- Experience working in Wellness / Beauty or FMCG
- Previous experience within a founder led business
- Happy to travel to Brighton once a month
- Must have experience of sourcing raw materials
- Solid global logistics and freight knowledge
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
