Your role will be overseeing the scheduling and execution of both domestic and international shipments, ensuring safe delivery.

What will you do as a Shipping Manager?
- Obtain and negotiate shipping quotes for inbound and outbound artwork shipments
- Manage bespoke shipments, including packing, paperwork, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor international and domestic shipments, troubleshooting issues efficiently
- Ensure all shipments comply with local and international shipping regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects cost-effectively and on time
- Escalate critical issues to the Head of Department when necessary
What will you need as a Shipping Manager?
- Previous experience in a senior shipping coordinator role within the art industry
- Experience in fine art shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of customs regulations, export, and CITES licensing
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for complex shipments
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
