What will you do as Senior Dry Claims Administrator:
- Oversee and manage drying and restoration claims from instruction through to completion
- Handle complex claims queries and escalations
- Liaise with technicians, surveyors, insurers, and policyholders
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of drying works
- Support and supervise daily job allocations
- Monitor SLAs and KPI performance
