A well established FMCG business, with a sizeable global team. You will be working within a small team of 5, assisting all staff on site with 1st and 2nd line support. This role requires dealing with all levels of staff from the shop floor to the founders, solving IT issues within a busy fast paced environment. You will be working on ad hoc projects and be a vital part of the IT department.

What will you do as an IT Support Assistant

* Support internal users with 1st and 2nd line support queries

* Work face to face with users and fix their issues deskside

* Set up and maintain PCs, laptops and mobiles

* Diagnose and resolve user problems quickly and efficiently

* Administer spam and malware software

What do you need to be an IT Support Assistant

* Proficient in Azure, xiskglj Stack 365 and Office

* Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week

* Worked for an SME with less than 100 people

* Happy to work outside of their usual role and pick up projects

* Ability to demonstrate technical resolution

* Excellent communication skills, personable and ability to commute at all levels
