Part Time Sales Administrator Shipston on Stour (own transport required) £22 per hour The Company Exciting opportunity to work with a fun and enthusiastic business who are making waves within the food industry. You will join a close knit team of 6 people who take a hands on and supportive approach to ensure smooth running of the business. Full 1 to 1 training on site, this role is due to progression so the current person will be avilable to assist. What’s on offer? * Part time 20hrs per week, flexible between 7am and 1pm – TBC * Pension Scheme * Dynamic small team environment * Paid Overtime What will you do as a Sales Administrator * Resolve delivery issues incl. damaged or missing product, late or delayed deliveries * Tracking stock in and out ensuring plentiful levels, taking orders from large clients * Order sales orders * Processing returns and damages * Manage customer database, pricing and invoices * Inventory management, assessing stock levels and escalating stock changes * Authourised manuafcturer invoices * Check stock holding * Placing orders with manufacturers ensuring delivery meets client deadlines What do you need as a Sales Administrator * Strong excel knowledge * Live no more than 40 minutes from Shipston & must have own transport * Personable with strong verbal & written communication * Understanding of inventory management Job ID: 8920
