We’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to help build and shape a new HR function within a dynamic, fast-growing SME business. As a key player, you’ll have real influence, streamlining processes, improving admin efficiency, and implementing policies that support growth. What will you do as an HR Officer?

  • Setup and implement core HR policies, procedures & documentation
  • Manage HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
  • First point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Providing practical and professional support to managers and staff
  • Assist with payroll, accurate employee data, tracking absence / holidays / sickness
  • Support for HR projects & audits, including filing, reporting, and data collection

What do you need as an HR Officer?

  • CIPD Level 3 Qualification (minimum)
  • Proven ability to mentor and support employees at all levels
  • Strong track record of driving change and improving HR processes
