An award winning brand, successful both B2B and D2C, that exports to over 25 countries. They are an established SME, with big growth plans. This is a brand new role created within the business, with full autonomy to steer the operations.

What will you do as an Operations and Supply Chain Executive:

  • Control inventory stock hold in UK, France and the US
  • Ensuring production is on schedule to fulfil customer orders
  • Raise POs with UK suppliers for packaging and materials
  • Assist with forecasting across 18 SKUs, working closely with marketing on promotions
  • Process retailer orders for clients such as Harrods and John Lewis
  • Liaise with suppliers/3PLs to track stock movements and ensure OTIF arrival

What will you need to be an Operations and Supply Chain Executive:

  • Experience working within inventory or stock control
  • Background in supply chain and order fulfilment
  • Be able to take full ownership of the operations cycle and manage own time
  • Have an SME mindset and happy to go outside of parameters of role when required
  • Ideally knowledge and experience working with retailers or D2C fulfilment
