- 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday and 4pm on Friday

What will you do as Operations and Procurement Coordinator:
- Support sales, procurement, production and transport across all projects
- Create Gantt charts and update budgets
- Manage the process from order, production to delivery ensuring everything is on time
- Contact customers updating them on the process of the project
- Chase internal stakeholders for updates on project status
- Identify delays and update procurement Manager
What will you need to be an Operations and Procurement Coordinator:
- Project Coordinator experience
- Worked within Manufacturing or Trade Service environment
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, able to manage internal stakeholders
- Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
