This is an exciting entry level role supporting the wider Logistics team of a premium brand. You would be joining for a founder-led consumer lifestyle business that supplies to over 30 countries, with a strong D2C and growing retail arm too. They have delivered consistent YoY growth with no signs of slowing down.

What will you do as Logistics Administrator?

  • Manage backend logistics administration
  • Chase suppliers for missing information
  • Log PO’s, POD’s and reference numbers
  • Liaise with 3PL couriers
  • Oversee HS codes and tariffs
  • Run Excel data and create reports

What will you need to be a Logistics Administrator?

  • Basic understanding of customs and compliance would be an advantage
  • Happy to be based in the office 4 days a week
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 6 months experience or a Graduate in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Ability to work at pace and use own initiative
