What will you do as a Supply Chain Manager:

  • Translate demand forecasts into production plans
  • Optimise stock levels and product availability across 20 SKUs
  • Source ingredients nationally and internationally, negotiating pricing
  • Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners
  • Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
  • Quality and compliance managing 3rd party testing

What will you need to be a Supply Chain Manager:

  • Experience working in Wellness / Beauty or FMCG
  • Previous experience within a founder small business
  • Happy to travel to Brighton once a month
