What will you do as an Operations and Sales Support Executive
- Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping
- Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support
- Process UK ecommerce and retailer orders accurately onto the system
- Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain
- Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
What do you need to be an Operations and Sales Support Executive
