With another record-breaking year and lots of growth plans ahead, this is a new role and opportunity to join a small team supporting the Sales Representatives, working alongside the customer service team. This is a varied role covering all aspects of support. What’s on offer? Working hours at 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Free products and product discount * Free onsite parking, also accessible by public transport * Full training and development What will you do as a Key Account Administrator * Provide day-to-day administrative support to Key Account Managers * Process customer purchase orders, monitor order status and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time * Act as a key point of contact for major retail customers, responding to queries and resolving order or delivery issues * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking sales performance, customer KPIs, promotional activity and product performance * Maintain accurate pricing, product listings, customer portals and retailer systems * Monitor outstanding orders, delivery performance and customer service levels What will you need to be a Key Account Administrator * Previous experience within Sales Administration, key account management of customer service * Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week and be a driver with own transport * Confident dealing with customer and support Sales Reps previously * FMCG or Retailer experience would be an advantage * Use Excel to an intermediate level and have used Sage * Goes above and beyond for customers and commercial aware of business impact Job Number 11424
