Taking full ownership of end-to-end manufacturing across both the UK and internationally, you will manage a team of 10, overseeing production cycles and tight timelines. This is not a factory/plant manager role. This position is focused on building and managing the external manufacturing network.

What you will do as the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain:
- Own the end to end co-manufacturing network, selection, terms and performance
- Set up and scale global manufacturers and packing arrangements
- Oversee waste, MOQ’s, packaging specs and supplier negotiation
- Manage and grow team to 10
- Work closely with head of logistics to ensure moving product from factory to shelf
- Take formulations from concept to production and cycle
What you need to be the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain:
- Worked in FMCG / Beverage’s sector
- Managed external co-manufacturers in the UK & Internationally
- Proven track record of commercial negotiation and performance management
- Worked at head of level in Manufacturing (industry), supply chain or Operations
- Happy to be based onsite
- Managed a small team
