What will you do:
- Own end to end international logistics importing raw materials from Asia
- Run cold storage and logistics
- Manage a team of 7
- Travel to UK and international suppliers managing relationships
- Negotiate carrier costs and set KPIs
- Scale network operations as the business volumes grow
What will you need:
- Must have worked in industry – FMCG or Food and Beverages
- Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
- Solid and technical knowledge of compliance and customs
- Managed a small team
- Be able to travel internationally, especially to Asia
- Experience working with customers in retail, e-commerce and wholesale
