What will you do as a Head of Ecommerce:
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Drive digital vision, revenues & operational excellence in D2C and marketplace channels
- Define/execute the global eCommerce growth strategy alongside Group objectives
- Lead the digital transformation of consumer brands, driving sales/long-term customer value
- Oversee D2C website (e.g. Shopify, Magento), build, optimisation and localisation
- Manage third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) and develop strategic partnerships
- Ensure seamless systems integration with ERP, CRM, OMS, and fulfilment providers
What will you need to be a Head of Ecommerce:
- Senior eCommerce or digital leadership experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods
- Success scaling D2C eCommerce operations & marketplaces - Amazon experience essential
