An independent membership organisation where no two days are the same is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to raise awareness of the huge range of services available. Working closely with the Communications and Marketing team, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, developing visual content across both print and digital platforms.

What you will do as Graphic Designer:

  • Create engaging, high-quality artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Develop creative concepts from initial brief, ideation and iterations through to final delivery
  • Supervise and mentor part-time Junior Designer, helping to develop skills and maintain quality output
  • Design assets for a variety of materials including publications, posters, adverts, flyers, web and social media content
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure artwork meets print specifications
  • Use Asana to manage workflow and keep stakeholders updated

What you will need as a Graphic Designer:

  • Experience in an in-house, agency, or freelance design role
  • A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating marketing and promotional design across print and digital
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic/Digital Design or related subject
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Understanding of social media design and marketing
