This is a pivotal role for an experienced Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function and help to shape the company’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and commercial insight.

What will you do as the Financial Controller

  • Managing all accounting functions and records.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Preparing and reviewing management accounts, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Overseeing month-end close and transaction recording.
  • Managing bank/client relationships and collaborating across all departments.
  • Driving process improvement and supporting key business decisions.

What do you need to be the Financial Controller

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing a finance team.
  • Proficiency in Xero/Sage accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
