What’s on offer? * Flexible hybrid working system * 25 days holiday, Increasing to 30 Days after 5 Years * Free Parking * Staff Discount What will you do as a Finance Manager? * Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting * Generate monthly and annual reports analysing performance, trends, forecasts * Manage Balance Sheets, Reconciliations, Cashflow, Credit Control, Payroll * Lead month-end & year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Handle inventory accounting, valuations, ensuring precise reporting and alignment * Prepare monthly financial statements and manage intercompany accounting * Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors on strategic financial decisions What do you need as a Finance Manager? * Proven experience as a Finance Manager * ACCA qualification * Expertise in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently Job ID: 9249
