What will you do as the Event Manager?

* Assist with event concepts, planning, execution, and post-event reporting

* Build a national event staff database, recruit crews, and send out briefs

* Source props, costumes, and materials needed for events

* Deliver events on-site across the UK in shopping centres and leisure spaces

* Assist with risk assessments and H&S documentation

* Monitor competitors and suggest ways to improve events

What will you need as Event Manager ?

* Experience of event planning and on-site event delivery

* Confident managing logistics, including sourcing materials and coordinating staff

* Strong communication skills

* Familiarity with health & safety processes and basic social media management
