What will you do as an Ecommerce Executive:
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
- Optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Ensure product listings comply with Amazon’s policies and category guidelines
- Maintain and update the ecommerce website - Shopify
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user journey
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, flash sales, and product launches
- Research competitors and industry trends to inform product/category strategy
