This is a brand-new role supporting the Head of Operations and working across a broad range of supplier and customer operations. The position will play a vital role in supporting the company’s continued growth, helping to improve processes, strengthen relationships and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. What’s on offer * 1 day WFH * 25 days holiday * Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm * Close to train station * Discount on products What will you do as aSupply Chain and Operations Executive * Process B2B customer orders and deal with enquiries from key accounts * Track order status and identify any delays * Raise and track purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers * Check POs against deliveries and invoices, noting any discrepancies * Prepare sales, stock, order fulfilment and supplier performance reports * Assist with NPD, liaising between suppliers, manufacturers and the internal team on product specifications and samples What will you need to be aSupply Chain and Operations Executive * Proficiency in Shopify, Xero and NetSuite would be advantageous * Intermediate Excel including ability to create Lookups * Happy to be based onsite a minimum of 3 days * Worked within a consumer/FMCG business operating in either B2B or D2C markets * Experience working within a small business or start-up environment * Previous experience in Operations or Supply Chain role Job Number 11345
