What will you do as CRM & Automation Manager?

  • Manage and optimise the Leads Hub CRM (Go High Level platform) for internal teams and clients.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain automation workflows for lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes.
  • Provide client support and training to ensure effective onboarding and system usage.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues, automation errors, and integration challenges.
  • Monitor and analyse CRM performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead nurturing and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency.

What do you need as CRM & Automation Manager?

  • Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM and automation platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM integrations, API connections, and workflow automation.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes.
