What will you do as a Finance Assistant:
- Review invoices, remittances and resolve discrepancies
- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Assist with month end & VAT registrations
- Chase outstanding debt, send weekly invoices, statements and credit notes
- Collate and reconcile Amazon sales data, generate settlement and financial reports
What will you need to be a Finance Assistant:
- Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
- Strong Excel skills
- Worked with a varied finance or accounts receivable role
- AAT level 2 qualified or finance graduate
- Amazon central experience would be an advantage
