A professional services business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and support the business through its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering responsibility for the day-to-day running of finance while partnering with senior leadership to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful financial insight. What will you do as a Finance Manager?

  • Oversee the day-to-day finance function
  • Manage and support a small finance team
  • Supervise purchase ledger and sales ledger activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring
  • Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and procedures
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and transactional accuracy
