What will you do as a Key Account Coordinator?
- Manage and coordinate Deep Sea Import shipments from booking through to delivery
- Complete and control UK Import Customs Declarations
- Create and manage IPAFFS notifications and CHEDs where required
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, hauliers and internal operational teams
- Monitor vessel schedules, shipment progress and ETA changes, providing timely updates
- Maintain accurate operational, customs, costing and billing records
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, commodity information and origin data
What do you need as a Key Account Coordinator?
- Previous experience in Deep Sea Import Freight Forwarding is essential
- Practical experience of completing and controlling UK Import Customs Declarations
- Experience reviewing and processing shipment and customs documentation
- Ability to manage multiple live shipments and competing deadlines
- Confident and professional customer communication skills
