What will you do as an Employee Relations Manager?

  • Manage ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
  • Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters and employment law
  • Analyse ER trends and recommend improvements to policies and practices
  • Deliver training on people management, employee relations and workplace engagement
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention
  • Assist with employment tribunals and other formal hearings.

What do you need as an Employee Relations Manager?

  • Proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations cases.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience coaching managers and delivering ER training
  • Experience driving employee engagement or wellbeing initiatives
  • Experience working within a multi-site environment
  • Knowledge of organisational change, restructures or TUPE
