This is an office-based role, offering progression and development. You will be joining this founder-led business at a pivotal moment, with lots of exciting opportunities ahead.

What will you do as an Accounts Administrator?

  • Purchase ledger tasks, matching invoices to delivery notes, entering on software
  • Credit control assistance, calling overdue customers, investigating non-payment issues
  • Process new account opening forms
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers & other staff members to achieve objectives
  • Send out company documents by email-such as statements, direct debit advices, references
  • Book-keeping tasks as directed, such as processing income within the retail side of the business

What will you need to be an Accounts Administrator?

  • Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
  • Proficient in Excel, Dynamics would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
  • A Levels for AAT level 2
  • Excellent attention to detail
