What will you do as a Sales Office Manager?
- Lead the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies
- Coordination of day-to-day activities for the internal sales team
- Ensure workflows are followed, & individual and team performance metrics are met
- Prepare/present sales reports, analyse trends/implement relevant improvements
- Implement new methods to improve team standards through proactive leadership
- Liaise with the Marketing team to align messaging and campaign objectives
What do you need to be a Sales Office Manager?
- Previous experience in a business development or similar role
- Experience in leading a small team
- Familiar with call listening and sales training
- Ability to report on sales figures and analyse data
- Strong cold calling experience
- Experience in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
