Offering 600 SKUs to customers, selling D2C, B2B and wholesale. They are recruiting a brand new role within the business to oversee the operations.

What will you do as an Operations & Logistics Manager

• Manage the Warehouse Manager, overseeing Logistics including export and customs
• Track production, Freight and manage 3PLs, raising commercial invoices
• Assist with Demand planning and stock forecasts
• Oversee stock & inventory levels across D2C, B2B and wholesale fulfilment
• Project manage sourcing international warehouse and fulfilment centre
• Overhaul warehouse and returns processes

What will you need to be an Operations & Logistics Manager

• Working with customs and import/export documentation
• Managed a small team
• Familiar with Excel and Shopify
• Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week
