What will you do as a Finance Assistant:

  • Review invoices, remittances and resolve discrepancies
  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Assist with month end & VAT registrations
  • Chase outstanding debt, send weekly invoices, statements and credit notes
  • Collate and reconcile ecommerce sales data
  • Generate settlement and financial reports

What will you need to be a Finance Assistant:

  • Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Worked with a varied finance or accounts receivable role
  • AAT level 2 qualified or finance graduate
