This is a key role within a small, close-knit finance function, responsible for proactively managing customer accounts, controlling aged debt, and supporting healthy cash flow through the timely collection of outstanding invoices.
The role requires a resilient, tenacious individual who is confident communicating by phone, comfortable handling challenging conversations, and able to build strong working relationships with both customers and internal colleagues.

Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 200 active customers Chase overdue accounts, particularly those over credit limits and aged invoices Regular telephone contact with customers to ensure timely payment Allocation of incoming payments and maintenance of accurate account records Production and review of aged debtor reports Liaising closely with the sales team regarding customer accounts and payment issues What do you need as a Credit Controller?
