What will you do as an HR Officer?
- Setup and implement core HR policies, procedures & documentation
- Manage HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
- First point of contact for HR-related queries
- Providing practical and professional support to managers and staff
- Assist with payroll, accurate employee data, tracking absence / holidays / sickness
- Support for HR projects & audits, including filing, reporting, and data collection
What do you need as an HR Officer?
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification (minimum)
- Proven ability to mentor and support employees at all levels
- Strong track record of driving change and improving HR processes
- In-depth knowledge of employment law & best practices
