What will you do an Operations Executive
- Process Retailer and Wholesale sales orders
- Monitor 3PL performance and logistic costs
- Maintain and update internal reports, live P&L documents, daily order trackers
- Send out samples, set-ups, promotional forms and submissions
- Support export administration and repacking requests
- Monitor and manage the customer service inbox
What will you need to be an Operations Executive
- Worked within an FMCG environment
- Experience of processing B2B orders
- Proactive and a natural problem solver
- Proficient in Excel
- Have experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
