What will you do as an NPD Manager
- Take responsibility for a range of products for one key retailer
- Implement from concept through to launch
- Manage component MOQs, production and sample lead times, and indicative pricing
- Coordinate critical paths and timelines, liaising closely with factories.
- Approve artwork and packaging
- Oversee production schedules, samples and final sign off
What will you need to be an NPD Manager
- Experience within beauty, fragrance or wellness
- Previously managing the end-to-end NPD lifecycle
- Knowledge of allergy testing would be an advantage
- Proficient in SAP & Excel
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the rural location
- Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
