tmp helps B2B marketing leaders create coherence in a chaotic world. We’re looking for obsessively curious people to join us. You’ll join 300 B2B experts across strategy, data, creative, media, client services, Sales activation, and shared services. Different skills brought together in integrated teams, centred around our clients: the world’s most impactful tech companies. So, if you’re interested in what makes the world work, if you find solving complex problems fun, and you love making the answers as simple as possible, then we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for

At tmp, this Digital Designer role is central to how we design and deliver digital experiences. You’ll be part of a small Digital Experience team, working across multiple client accounts to design digital outputs including landing pages, microsites, tools, and campaign experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and creative teams, and will often be the key digital design voice on projects. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in both UX and UI design - someone who can think through problems, shape user journeys, and execute high-quality design. You’ll be comfortable working across the full design process, from early concepts through to final delivery, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

What you will do

  • UX and problem solving
    • Contribute to UX thinking across projects, including user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture
    • Approach design challenges with structured thinking, helping define problems before moving into solutions
    • Create wireframes and prototypes to explore and communicate ideas effectively
    • Balance user experience considerations with practical delivery constraints
  • Digital design
    • Design digital experiences across web, campaign, and interactive formats—from early concepts through to final UI
    • Translate briefs into clear, engaging design solutions that balance user needs and client objectives
    • Apply strong visual design principles including layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency
    • Develop designs to a high level of polish, ready for handover to development
  • Working across teams
    • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is clearly translated into build
    • Partner with strategists, account teams, copywriters and creatives to shape and refine ideas
    • Work with non-digital specialists in the wider creative team, helping bring digital thinking into broader campaign work
    • Contribute to consistency and quality across digital outputs, including when working with freelancers or external partners
  • Design systems and consistency
    • Work within established brand guidelines, design systems, and platform constraints, ensuring all outputs are consistent and high quality
    • Apply and adapt existing components and patterns effectively to suit different project needs
    • Maintain consistency across layouts, components, and interaction patterns, even when working across varied deliverables
    • Prepare clear, well-structured design files that support efficient collaboration and build
  • Client and stakeholder collaboration
    • Present design work clearly to internal teams and, where appropriate, to clients
    • Explain design decisions and rationale in a straightforward and accessible way
    • Respond to feedback constructively, iterating designs as needed
  • Team and ways of working
    • Manage your own workload across multiple projects and deadlines
    • Work independently where needed, while staying closely aligned with the Digital Experience Director
    • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment
    • Share knowledge and ideas to help improve how we approach digital design across the agency

Who you are

  • A thoughtful digital designer with a balance of UX understanding and visual design skill
  • Comfortable working across different types of digital projects and levels of complexity
  • Confident working independently, while knowing when to seek input or alignment
  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to develop your craft
  • A clear communicator who can explain ideas and design decisions effectively
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work with different teams and ways of working

What you will need

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work across web, campaigns, or products
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma (including components, layouts, and prototyping)
  • Good understanding of UX principles, including user journeys, wireframing, and information architecture
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, and consistency)
  • Experience working with developers and understanding how designs are implemented
  • Ability to manage your own work across multiple projects
  • Experience contributing to or working with design systems
  • Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how they can support design workflows
  • Experience working in an agency environment

  • Generous holiday allowance (Plentiful PTO)
  • Shutdown between Christmas and New Year
  • Private healthcare and dental insurance
  • Group income protection
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Access to well-being coaching or counselling sessions once a week
  • Financial health support
