We work with leading tech clients across the funnel to drive growth and award-winning campaigns. We seek a cross-channel media leader to develop, present, and oversee integrated media strategies for our clients.
What we are looking for: an experienced cross-channel media leader who will develop, present, and oversee thoughtful and accountable integrated media strategies on behalf of our clients. You will work with channel specialists and internal planning/delivery teams to lead the development and presentation of strategic integrated media recommendations. You will build strong client relationships and provide advice on media strategy and solutions to business challenges, underpinned by measurable frameworks. You will direct integrated media solutions across accounts to deliver head-turning, results-driven campaigns.
You are a strategic leader with a broad media landscape understanding, an interest in emerging channels, and the ability to identify appropriate media opportunities to achieve client goals. You are bold, bring new ideas, and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
What you will do:
- Bring a growth mindset to assigned accounts, identifying and leading upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies; drive the team to execute them.
- Expand client contacts and advocates; nurture alumni.
- Serve as the Integrated Media client lead for your accounts, covering full program strategy, insights, and overall performance.
- Develop meaningful, skills-based client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide value through media knowledge and client management best practice.
- Lead cross-channel paid media strategy for brand, demand, and brand-to-demand, applying KPIs to define campaign success.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate messaging into impactful media placements.
- Grow partnerships with technology and media vendors and stay informed on industry trends.
- Work with media planning teams to construct effective plans and deliver quality results.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to identify inefficiencies and resolve issues.
Reporting:
- Analyse campaign performance data to assess direction and effectiveness.
- Suggest optimisations at strategic or campaign levels to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Social, Search and Programmatic experts to align platform-level optimisations with strategy.
- Digest industry trends into client education opportunities.
- Explain how Creative, Data, Strategy, and Sales Activation feed into media effectiveness.
- Establish and communicate narratives for client QBRs.
Line and team management: share best practices and develop team members through coaching and feedback; support onboarding and training of new hires.

What you'll bring:
- Solid experience in media, ideally agency-side, in a B2B environment with a proven track record of adding client value.
- History of leading and growing client accounts; experience managing senior client/partner relationships.
- Experience directing media programs aligned with client objectives and proposing marketing solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-discipline teams (strategy, creative, technology, media, project management).
- Proficiency with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and media tools/processes.
- Experience with commercial management.
