You will join 300 B2B experts across strategy, data, creative, media, client services, Sales activation, and shared services. What we are looking for:
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is a creative force, driving the visual and design aspects of our client campaigns. They support the Creative Director in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the work, and the performance of the team. The ACD focuses on their chosen discipline(s) and complements the Creative Director and the team with their experience and expertise.
What you will do:
- Lead a portfolio of clients creatively, driving excellence in visual and design disciplines.
- Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with client goals and brand standards.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Present creative concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, incorporating fresh ideas into creative work.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, selling the value of creativity and looking for opportunities to increase creative work and cross-sell group services.
Who you are:
- 4-year degree in a design-related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an ACD, Senior Designer, or Art Director.
- Exceptional design skills with expertise in design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience guiding creative talent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of how visual design contributes to successful brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- B2B experience is preferred, but not essential. You do need to understand how to sell expensive, complicated products to groups of people.
- Any video editing or motion graphics experience or skills are welcome.

- The ACD helps make creativity a key pillar of clients’ marketing strategies, ensures consistent delivery of high-quality creative work, builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, and has a deep understanding of clients’ needs and tensions.
