Tmp is seeking a Head of Product Development (R&D) to lead the adsorbent materials program for water treatment. Based in London, you will drive R&D from bench to pilot, oversee budgets, and manage suppliers while aligning with technology strategy.
You will lead a cross-functional team, report to the CTO, and ensure safety standards, quality outputs, and collaboration with sales and partners. A strong chemistry background and start-up experience are highly valued.
