About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will inspire and guide a team of nurses and support staff to provide outstanding, patient‐centred care. You will coordinate all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic
- Ensure a seamless patient journey and a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors
- Liaise effectively with external organisations such as NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies (e.g. CQC), with support from regional leadership
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of new team members
- Foster strong, positive relationships with patients and resolve any concerns or complaints
- Ensure compliance with all relevant governance, clinical, and regulatory systems, including KLoE
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of reports
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Manager with the CQC, or willingness to obtain this
- Full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications
- Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, approachable manner
- A hands‐on leadership style, fostering a value‐driven culture that motivates your team
- Proactive, solution‐oriented approach to managing change in a clinical environment
- Excellent organisational skills to balance the many aspects of clinic management
- Evidence of continued professional development, ideally in renal care
