- Identifying opportunities for commercial growth and optimisation across the contract
- Ensuring costs are managed in line with contractual obligations to protect margin and profit
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the wider TeamSerco consortium
- Supporting the development and refinement of the resourcing capacity plan, including clear recommendations for backfill and incremental recruitment
- Supporting the development of commercial models across business functions
- Analysing delivery costs versus planned costs to inform smarter pricing and forecasting
- Ensuring consistent task timing to enable accurate forecasting, pricing, and productivity measurement

- Participating in new business discussions, shaping pricing and commercial strategies
This role reports to the Head of TMP268 and does not include direct line management responsibilities.
