The Opportunity
Our client is a highly successful and experienced executive from the technology sector (telecoms and IT) who has a wealth of experience building businesses, developing shareholder value, advising management teams and concluding transactions through his own business helping his clients in the M&A market. His extensive contacts and sales expertise has created considerable demand for his services. In order to cope with this demand and future growth he is now looking for a Corporate Finance Advisor to join him.
The work will involve:
- Strategic analysis of businesses and markets
- Report writing
- Development of Marketing Literature and Sales Documents
Our client will handle new business acquisition and selling of the services.
