This is a market leading opportunity to become a specialist Buy-To-Let valuer and local expert within a respected team that operates within an in-house lender environment.

We are recruiting a home-based Regional Surveyor to cover the South Coast Patch. In this role, you will take ownership of your region and provide specialist property advice to the Group. This includes carrying out mortgage valuations and security assessments on residential investment properties to support the Buy-to-Let (BTL) business and wider Group functions.

Join the team as a home based Regional Surveyor covering some of the most sought after postcodes - BH, PO, SO and SP.

Local Expertise
  • Act as the primary property expert for a defined geographic area
  • Manage valuation flow and respond to local queries
  • Provide oversight of external valuer input and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local valuation partners
  • Offer guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality of outputs
  • Deliver credible, professional advice as the local representative of the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with RICS standards, internal policies, and industry regulations
  • Stay current on local market trends, legislative changes, and specialist sectors
  • Provide informed analysis to support lending and investment decisions
  • Assist with property-related casework including rent receiverships, repossessions, and disposals
  • Produce market reports and local intelligence to inform wider business strategy

Professional surveying qualification: MRICS including active registration on the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.

A full clean driving license and willingness to travel across the allocated region.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (one hour for lunch).
