A well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its South Coast Valuation team. This is an opportunity to join a successful, expanding office with a strong list of established clients and instructions already in place. Due to their significant growth you can be based anywhere across the South Coast or more inland, they are flexible on working location and hybrid model.
The role is commercial valuation focused, with genuine breadth. There's scope to get involved in offices, industrial, retail, residential development valuation work but interestingly specialist work, including airports, marinas, and leisure. Work is a mix of bank instructions and private client matters, giving good variety across the caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing RICS Red Book valuations across commercial, industrial and residential development property.
- Valuation work for bank/lender security and private client instructions.
- Potential exposure to specialist work.
- Preparing technical reports and feasibility studies to a high standard.
