WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Valuation of residential assets including single-unit dwellings, large-scale development schemes, and diversified portfolios.
- RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, and strategic consultancy across the full spectrum of residential property types.
- Undertaking inspections, research, and writing valuation reports for a variety of clients.
- Supporting secured lending, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, litigation, and taxation valuations.
- Providing expert witness services in disputes and professional negligence claims.
- Advising on distressed assets and offering strategic solutions to lenders.
- Collaborating with colleagues nationally to deliver consistent, evidence-based advice.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the division.
- MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Strong knowledge of the London and South East residential property markets.
- Proven experience in residential valuation work (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of instructions.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
- Personable, professional, and presentable with excellent client relationship skills.
