- Deliver valuation advice for secured lending purposes, taking responsibility for instructions from inspection through to report completion.
- Undertaking loan security valuations across commercial property and real estate assets.
- Acting as a Valuation Surveyor on a high volume of lending valuations.
- Carrying out property inspections and managing the valuation process end-to-end.
- Producing RICS Red Book compliant valuation reports.
- Analysing comparable evidence and commercial property market data.
