This role suits a commercially astute Head of Rates Management to drive strategy, client delivery, and team leadership within its Business Rates division. Key Responsibilities
- Lead rates management operations across a diverse portfolio of occupier, investor, and landlord clients.
- Develop and implement strategy to optimise rate payments, mitigate liabilities, and identify savings opportunities.
- Manage client relationships at senior level, acting as the key commercial contact for major accounts.
- Oversee team performance, mentoring and developing staff to deliver excellence in service.
