This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, advising clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and strategic landlord and tenant negotiations.
Job Purpose
You will provide expert lease advisory services to clients, ensuring they receive accurate, commercially sound advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and restructuring opportunities. The role involves both landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on delivering value through negotiation, market insight, and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears across office, retail, and industrial assets
- Conduct inspections, prepare valuation reports, and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Negotiate directly with landlords, tenants, and their representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring regular updates and professional service delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the lease advisory service line
- Collaborate with colleagues across valuation, agency, and investment teams to cross-sell services
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures
