TML are working with an established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors that provides a broad range of professional property advice across the Essex and wider South East commercial sector. The business has a strong regional presence, a long track record in professional services, and a reputation for technical rigor and high-quality client advice.
Due to continued growth within their Professional Services division, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Surveyor (or experienced graduate) to join the team, focusing on Lease Advisory and Valuation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in professional surveying, with full structured support through the RICS APC to MRICS qualification.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors on a varied and technically strong workload covering both valuation and lease advisory matters. The role offers exposure to landlord and occupier instructions and is designed to build solid technical, analytical and client-facing skills from the outset. You will be supported through a structured training programme, with detailed mentoring and hands-on experience towards achieving MRICS status and, in time, Registered Valuer qualification.
